- Training Effect and duration are given for each workout. Days of rest are recommended to care for recovery.
- The program is dynamic and adapts to your actual training, fitness level and changing schedule. Keeps training history, shows workout results of previous days and allows user to select preferred days of training.

Training Coach allows you to:
- Choose fixed days to train if you have, for example, a weekly racquetball match with your friend
- Set days for rest if you are too busy to train
- You may skip any workout without dropping out of the program
- You may train more if you feel up to it!
- You can choose to decline changes in training stage if you feel current training level satisfactory to your needs or you can pursue further fitness improvement by accepting the upgrade.
- And of course, you’ll always have the option to keep your current activity class if you feel that it suits you best!
