White paperit ja julkaisut

White paperit kuvaavat Firstbeatin teknologioita ja niiden soveltuvuusalojen tieteellistä perustaa yksityiskohtaisesti. Julkaisut esittelevät tutkimuksia, joissa on hyödynnetty Firstbeatin menetelmiä. Tutkimuksia on tehty monilla eri aloilla, esimerkiksi työterveyshuollossa, unitutkimuksessa, psykoterapiassa ja käyttäytymistieteissä, liikunta- ja terveystieteissä sekä urheiluvalmennuksessa. This supports the need for further work to develop a reliable, valid and accurate testing protocol to assess, diagnose and monitor ME.

Thus, the HRV-based stress index may be used to quantify physiological responses to psychosocial stress across various health and age groups.
